Ginger Shots for Inflammation

  • Blend fresh ginger with water (or take Inflammazone).
  • Strain the ginger.

Add:

  • 2 pressed lemons
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Drink 1 oz per day.

Honey Anti-Inflammatory Mixture

Mix Together

  • Fresh ginger a palm full
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • blend and strain the above ingredients
  • Local raw honey (enough to cover the ingredients)

Take 2 tbsp per day.

Anti-inflammatoy drink

Blend

1 Whole lemon

Handful of ginger root

1\4 tsp of turmeric

1\8 tsp of cayenne pepper

1\4 cup of water

then strain into a glass jar and refrigerate and take 1 oz/day

Cough Remedy

In a jar, layer:

  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • ¼ tsp ginger, chopped

Cover with raw local honey and let sit for at least 24 hours.

Take: 1 tbsp three times a day.

Or take Chestal from Boiron.

DIY Sunscreen

Melt and mix together:

  • ¼ cup zinc oxide
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup shea butter

Optional: Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

Dark Spots Treatment

Mix equal parts:

  • Castor oil
  • Baking soda

Store in a covered jar and apply as needed.

72-Hour Water Fast

Guidelines:

  • Day 1: No food. Drink plenty of water.
  • Throughout the fast, add pink Himalayan salt or Celtic salt to your water to maintain electrolytes and prevent dehydration.
