Ginger Shots for Inflammation
- Blend fresh ginger with water (or take Inflammazone).
- Strain the ginger.
Add:
- 2 pressed lemons
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Drink 1 oz per day.

Melt and mix together:
- ¼ cup zinc oxide
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup shea butter

- Baking soda
Store in a covered jar and apply as needed.
